We love following this wellness account for daily inspiration for our health and minds. Christina is a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and Therapeutic and Functional Movement Yoga Instructor.  Christina is a huge supporter and advocate of women supporting women and women-led businesses here in Manila. Karen is the founder of SOUQ - a curated shop that supports local brands and women businesses. Through her stylistic eye she selects an amazing group of artisans/businesses to work with and brings them all together with her SOUQ shows/Pop-Ups in Manila.
